Service Credits & Rewards

Learning objective

Explain how service credits are earned, applied and limited.

Why this matters

Customers often confuse service credits with cash, refunds or rewards available to every tier.

Credits reduce eligible service costs inside Passport — they are not a bank balance.

A clear explanation now prevents a cash-out request later.

Who earns credits, and what they are

Monetary service credits apply to Valued and Preferred only. Essential earns progress badges and referral grants.

Essential rewards
  • Progress badges
  • Referral grants
Valued & Preferred rewards
  • Monetary service credits
  • Plus other applicable rewards
What credits are not
Credits cannot be cashed out, are not bank funds, are not a refund balance and are not transferable as cash. They apply only within approved Passport service workflows and may depend on current program rules and eligible services.
